今日は、稲刈りお休みで、お世話になってる犬の先生のところで、お掃除のお仕事をした。
EMW大活躍である。EMWをたっぷり浸けて、窓、外壁、ドア等何度もふいて、汚れを取った。
きれいになると、気持ちがいい。
特にEMの善玉菌のパワーは、汚れや嫌なニオイのもとを分解して、悪玉菌の繁殖を抑える。
そして、居心地のよい発酵空間を作る。
うちの野菜は、裏の玄関にある。
義母の龍子さんが、いろいろ、畑から収穫して、きれいに洗って、ザルにあげてくれてある。
ありがたい。
私は、それらを使って、夕飯の準備に取りかかる。
今日は、ピーマン、オクラ、ささぎがたくさんあった。
オクラは、今年はこれで終わりだそう。
ピーマンとヒラタケとあぶらあげの煮浸し
おいしくできた。
材料
ピーマン 12個
ヒラタケ 1パック
あぶらあげ 3枚
フライパンに、ひらたけを手でさいていれ、ピーマンを切っていれ、ゴマ油で炒め、水、てぃだの塩、EMXゴールド3プッシュ、めんつゆで、煮含める。
ヒラタケに火が通ったら、出来上がり。
